PARTY REGULATIONS

 

Age Restrictions

• 18-years old and above ONLY.
• Please bring along your identification card (for Malaysian) OR passport copy (for Foreigners) to the party, for verification purposes during registration/check-in.
• Customers under 18 years of age will not be permitted entry to the event.

 

Dress Code

• NO dress code, come as anything you like!

 

Food & Beverages

• The ticket includes ONE welcome drink only.
• Food & beverages aside welcome drinks are available for on-the-spot order at your own expenses.
• NO outside food & beverages are allowed in the party.
• Alcohol involved.
• Pork-free.

 

Photo & Video Regulations

•  GENERAL:
•  Photos & Videos are allowed at the party.

•  PHOTO TAKING WITH HAKKEN:
• Each party guest will get a cheki with Hakken.
• You will be given a cheki ticket upon entrance to have your cheki taken with Hakken.
• Photo with Hakken without cheki ticket is not allowed.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Full payment has to be made online via iPay88 to confirm your purchase(s). All prices are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
• All transactions will be subjected to a Processing Fee of 3.5% of the total amount per transaction. This fee will be automatically added to the final total at checkout.
• No refunds or exchanges are provided for lost tickets or failure to show up for the Party. All ticket sales are final.
• This Party is only for ticket holders 18 years of age and above. Ticket holders who are under 18 years old will not be permitted entry to the Party, without ticket refunds.
• By purchasing the Party ticket, you inherently agree to abide by all the Party Regulations stated. 
• An email with a QR code for the Party Ticket redemption will be sent upon successful payment. Use this QR code to redeem your Party Ticket at the Check-In counter at the Party location.
• Each email is attached with a UNIQUE QR code (one-time use only) which will be scanned upon venue admission. Please refrain from posting your QR codes online or share it with others to prevent forgery.
• Illegal ticket sales or scalping are strictly prohibited.
• Tickets are on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability.
• H CREW is liable and responsible for providing refunds or comparable tickets only if the Party is cancelled, varied, or postponed.
